Preserve identifiers during conversion

Load the CSV example. The identifier 002 remains the string "002" in JSON, and 9007199254740993 remains a quoted string with every digit intact. When entering JSON yourself, put large integer identifiers in quotation marks.

Keep identifiers intact

A CSV value such as 00123 becomes the JSON string "00123", not the number 123. This keeps postal codes and product IDs intact. CSV does not describe data types, so the converter leaves values as strings rather than guessing whether they are numbers or booleans.
