Blur faces
Automatically blur faces in a photo, adjust covered regions, and download a PNG locally.
See what information is stored in your JPG photo and choose what to remove before sharing it. Review available camera details, dates and GPS coordinates, then download a copy with only the selected metadata blocks removed.
A photo can carry details you cannot see in the picture, such as when it was taken, which camera made it and where it was captured. Use the JPEG metadata viewer to check the available details before posting a photo or sending the original file.
You might remove EXIF location data while keeping a comment, or remove a comment while keeping the camera details. Choose whole metadata blocks to remove. The compressed image data, orientation and color profiles are preserved.
Removing metadata changes the information stored alongside the image. It does not blur faces, cover addresses or remove anything visible in the photo.

EXIF can store camera details, dates, GPS coordinates and an embedded thumbnail. The tool shows supported details when present. Removing an EXIF block removes its contents while preserving the orientation needed to display the photo correctly.
XMP can contain descriptions, ratings, author details and editing history. The viewer shows a text preview of the packet. Select the XMP block to remove it from the downloaded copy.
IPTC / Photoshop metadata can include captions, keywords, creator details, copyright and editing information. The tool identifies these blocks for removal but does not decode their individual fields.
Comments are text embedded by a camera or image editor. Thumbnails are small previews stored inside the file. A separate thumbnail block can be selected on its own; an EXIF thumbnail is removed with its EXIF block.
Applications may add metadata blocks that this viewer does not decode. Trailing data is content stored after the JPEG image ends. These appear as separate choices when found.
